关于《一多不分》在教育培训中的探究

现象:在中国的很多家庭中,尤其是在城市的家庭中,家长把教育看得很重,有些家长甚至不惜花费家庭收入的50%投入到自己的孩子教育当中去,也因为,大多数家长不希望自己的孩子落后于别的孩子,都希望自己的孩子比其他孩子能更好,基于这样的需求,教育培训市场也就孕育而生了,这样,培训机构,家长,孩子这三个角色也就产生了。自从民办教育以来,随着近几年教育的不断发展,开始出现的培训机构良莠不齐,慢慢开始出现老师不理解家长,家长不信任学校的情况;家长,老师,孩子之间的内在关系完全没搞清楚。

《补习成绩的一多不分》:

在一线城市,很多家长每年花5-20万不等投入到课后的补习当中去,因为他们期望孩子的考试分数,学校排名能够更好,然后学习有的时候是个漫长的过程,它跟《学习技巧》和《学习习惯》这两个因素有非常重要的关系。然后绝大部分家长认为我投资了这么多钱给你们教育培训机构,自然你们得以高成绩回报我,他们不管自己的孩子怎样,只要成绩不考好,就认为老师的教育水平有问题,但是,我们都知道,即使是一个名师也不一定能出一个名徒出来的,优秀的老师可以教授孩子与众不同的学习技法,但是,如果孩子不好好学习,或者上课时老左顾右盼,痴迷网络等等,老师的技法再怎么高明,孩子的成绩也很难提高。因为学习习惯和学习技法其实是相关关联的,是密不可分的,只有把这两者内在化,才可能获得良好的效果。归根到底是很多家长对教育也不明白,才会产生这样的误解......更多请点击查看详情文档
